The Sticky Bun Coffee Shop in Lake George

Took 30mins to get a egg & cheese and an ice coffee. Place is unorganized and not worth the wait. Horrible all around.

Wow, don't even know where to start with this place. The staff were incredibly unfriendly. Zero personality and definitely not coffee people. Now let's talk about the coffee... Ordered an iced mocha. The girl behind the counter just started pouring Hershey's chocolate syrup into the cup. Probably would have put an entire cup in if I hadn't said anything. Check out the picture if you're skeptical. You're better off going to Starbucks.

ROCK HARD! They say fresh but from what year?? We had 9 people with us and all of the orders were rock hard! We even had people behind us, and they complained about the same thing!

It's a lovely place, the best coffee ever!! You can choose between different kind of flavor coffees or add a flavor shot, excellent customer service. You can find plenty of variety in Pastries and breakfast sandwiches as well. I specially recommend the Capuchino and mocca frapuchino. They also have a gluten free area (that's awesome) with scones, bread, muffins, cheese cake and brownies. The shop opens at 7am up to 8 or 9 pm. 100% recommended.

SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!!!Ok so for starters; we waited 10 minutes before we even saw an employee and when the girl finally did appear, she was very obviously stoned. The smell was overwhelming.We ordered a smoothie, an iced latte, a monkey bun, and a sticky bun.She made the smoothie by pouring “juice” from an unlabeled container into the blender and adding ice.It took her about another 10 minutes to make the latte which she made hot instead of iced. And insisted on fixing it even after we said it was fine.When we got the “fixed” latte, it was very watery and overly bitter. For being a coffee shop, she should know not to pour the shots first and let them go dead.The pastries were gross. The monkey bun was still raw in the middle, and the syrup on the sticky bun was so thick it formed little balls of rock hard sugar that glued themselves to my teeth.

They have a whole gluten free section my blueberry scone was amazing they also had gf cheesecake, brownies, chocolate zucchini bread and strawberry scones ! Thank you ! (Side note I didn’t get sick! )

Good coffee, great selection of baked goods. A good way to start the day in Lake George.

Awful service. Ordered a couple coffees and a couple of smoothies. After about 10 minutes of waiting for the smoothies, I asked the manager and she stated , they will get to it. It was an over sight on their part, the order slip was burried. No biggy, but I tried to bring it to her attention.Someone behind us ordered a smoothie and got theirs before ours. 15 minutes after ordering, I mention something again to who I believe was an owner, and 5 minutes later it showed up. 20 minutes waiting for two smoothies?

That was such a great experience. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. By the way, thanks for great service.

Small place but breakfast is delicious! Nice friendly staff but they need more employees. Gets very busy. Went 2 times and had to wait a while.

Stopped to have breakfast. While waiting for our order (bacon egg and cheese on English muffin and bacon egg and cheese on croissant, both options listed on their poster menu) we witnessed a customer ask for her money back, stating she had been waiting a while while others were getting their meals. Once our sandwiches were ready, they were both on hard rolls. We took them back, and this time both sandwiches were on croissants. Ok, we gave up so after taking a bite into our sandwiches, we both looked at each other. Upon opening the sandwiches, it appears the bacon was barely cooked, all fat and rubbery. We threw out sandwiches away and will not be back again.

Waited 18 mins for my smoothie while no one was in line. And he was on his phone. I had to remind him that I was waiting on it and then he started making it. Same thing with my friend, he had to remind him he was waiting for a beagle

Terrible terrible terrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwich’s. Pathetic. VERY RUDE SERVICE, every single worker there was very disrespectful. They scam you for money. Do not pay with cards there. THEY WILL and I repeat THEY WILL, charge your card more than what you paid. Went hear two different times two different years and I truly don’t know how we ended up having the same exact experience each time. We gave it another shot to see if it was just the one day. Boyyyyyy it was not. Super disappointing

The most disgusting repulsive place I have ever been to in my entire life. They do not use an oven, all breakfast sandwhiches are microwaved, bacon was rubbery and cold, eggs were freezing and hard, customer service was horrendous they were extremely slow. Smoothie with ''real fruit'' tasted entirely of canned syrup. Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT go here.

Great decaf coffee and a delicious gluten free raspberry scone. Everything looked tasty.

$4 for bottled cooler beverages???? I really hope the owner sees this. I’m begging everyone I know not to come here. Price gouging on gatorades and orange juice because it’s hot on the beach. Also the girls on Sunday morning have zero personality and were messing up everyone’s order. Never again. And will tell everyone not to go here because of the price gouging.

Although the workers were very pleasant and well-meaning, none of our orders were right and service was slow.

Need a quick morning bite and your by the shore, this is the place. Get a breakfast sandwich or pastry and some coffee and your day started just right.

Delicious egg and cheese sandwich, great espresso, quick and friendly service. Favorite coffee spot, out of the 4 we tried!

The iced coffee was excellent, as well as the bacon egg and cheese. Customer service was superb, Kayla was absolutely amazing!!!!

Good muffins and finger foods, and the coffee ous really good, but the prices are a bit steep for what you're getting; even for the neighborhood.

Stopped at 9:30 this am to get a coffee, 2 bagels and an English muffin. We were only customer there with an order. Took 20min to make the bagels/muffin. Asked for jelly, got none. English muffin was saturated with butter tho....Staff were not friendly

Slow service, didn't even have sticky buns!!!!! Even though they had them in the case, they were so far behind on service that those were already 'sold' but not plated... My 5 year old waited for his cinnamon bun for 10 mins before they told us (well after we paid for it) and then he had to choose something else! Ridiculous!

Similar to other experiences... muffin so hard it clunked when I put it down. Seems like they bake once a week and everything gets stale. Not very friendly people. Bummed we wasted our money here when there are so many other good places around.

For the mediocre food your getting the price is not worth it. Very disorganized and just don’t seem to care at all.

Took too long too cook, chicken fit half the bun area, fries were burnt. Too expensive for the poor quality provided for the food and service.
